This listed property on Cadogan square in SW3 had been neglected,unloved and in a run down,un-modernised condition.
Our client wanted to refurbish to a high standard but within budget. This meant working closely with architect, client and listed building control to include modern comfort and convenience whilst retaining the period features and feel.
By keeping the concept simple, using contrasting colours and natural materials where possible Pask London created a sophisticated and elegant feel that showed off the high ceilings and existing features to their best effect.
By excavating the lower ground floor we added a meter of ceiling height which increased the usable living space significantly, further adding to the value of the property.
